Subsequent to the well published incident involving Ms. L. Sarita Devi (Boxer) at the Asian Games, Mr. Rajiv Dutta, Senior Advocate had filed a Public Interest Litigation titled as “Rajiv Dutta Vs. Union of India and others – Writ Petition (Civil) No. 8734 of 2014” before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi at New Delhi, for the betterment of Sports persons.
